Tyler took his CFI (Certified Flight Instructor) exams from the FAA and passed. The fail rate for these tests is 80% on the first try. He now joins the elite 20% of pilots that pass on the first try. Congratulations to him! We are all very proud of him and knew he could do it!
He also had an interview with Westminster College for an Instructor Summer Internship. He got the job and starts in the morning! He will have 1-2 students for the summer.
Tyler graduates with his Bachelors of Science Degree on June 20, 2009. The degree is in Professional Aeronautics with Minors in Management and Safety.
He has started his Masters Program and has 2 classes completed with 8 more to go.
